Overview
Looking to attract walk-in candidates or seasonal workers? You can download a QR code linked to your career page and post it in your store, office, or any high-traffic location. This makes it easy for potential applicants to scan and apply on the spot.
Why use a QR code
While your career page link works great online, on your website, social media, or in emails, the QR code makes it easier to advertise your open roles in person. This feature is especially helpful if you:
Hire seasonally or have high turnover.
Rely on foot traffic or walk-in applicants.
Do not have a dedicated device or process for receiving applications onsite.
How to download your QR code
Create or review your career page, if needed:
Go to your Career Page Builder.
Make any necessary edits and click Publish Changes.
Download the QR code:
From your Main Dashboard, click Career page.
Click Download QR code.
The QR code will download as an image file.
Helpful note: This only provides the QR code image. It does not generate a flyer. You will need to add the code to your own flyer or signage using your marketing or design team.
Changing your company name
If you change your company name, your career page URL will also change. That means your existing QR code will no longer work.
If you are using a QR code for in-person applications:
Re-download the QR code from your career page settings.
Update any printed materials with the new code.
Common Questions
Does the QR code expire?
No, but it stops working if your location name changes, since that changes your career page URL.
Can WRA create a flyer for me?
No. WRA only provides the QR code image. You will need to place it on your own flyer or signage using your marketing or design team.
Where do I find my career page to download the code?
From your Main Dashboard, click Career Page, then click Download QR Code.
