Overview

Connecting your calendar lets WISE Recruiting Assistant (WRA) manage your availability so candidates can book interview times that work for both of you.

Connect your calendar

  • Go to your account settings from your main dashboard by clicking your company name, then Settings

  • Go to the Interview Schedule tab and click Connect Your Calendar

  • Note: only Google (Gmail) and Microsoft (Outlook/Exchange) calendars are supported

  • Enter the email address associated with the calendar you want to connect (it does not have to match your WRA login email)

  • Allow the requested calendar access when prompted

Helpful note: WRA will not modify or delete events other than interviews scheduled or canceled through WRA.

Set your scheduling preferences

  • Once connected, select your availability so candidates can easily pick a convenient time

  • Include a video link for video interviews and an in-person location for in-person interviews, so candidates know where to go

  • Click Save at the bottom of the page when you're done

Once your calendar is connected and saved, you're ready to start scheduling interviews with candidates.
