Compensation Recommendations: In the Compensation section of your job post, WISE gives salary insights so you stay competitive in your area.
Smart Templates: When creating a job post, WISE auto-populates your job description, responsibilities, and qualifications based on the job title.
Messages and Notes: Inside a candidate profile, WISE sends helpful auto-responses, like a thank-you message after applying, and logs them for you.
