Overview
Once your job post is live, you can share it directly to your social media pages or groups. Sharing your job publicly increases visibility and helps attract more qualified candidates from your own network.
Share Your Job Post
Open the Job Dashboard for the open job you want to share.
Click the 3 dots near the top right to open an options menu then select Invite candidates
Click the icon for the social platform you want to share to. This will prompt a login and create a post for the selected site.
Helpful note: Include a short, engaging caption with your post, for example, "We're hiring! Apply today!"
Common Questions
Can I share my job before it's approved?
No. The job must be approved and live before a shareable link becomes available.
Will updates to my job post automatically show on social media?
Yes. Any updates you make to your job post are reflected when someone clicks your shared link.
Can candidates apply directly through social media?
Yes. Clicking your shared link takes them straight to your application page.
