Overview

Yes, WISE Recruiting Assistant (WRA) posts your jobs to LinkedIn. Through the LinkedIn integration, job seekers can use Easy Apply, making it faster to apply from their phone or computer. This can help drive more applicants directly into your WRA dashboard.

How LinkedIn posting works

  • WRA partners with LinkedIn to post your jobs.

  • Candidates can apply using Easy Apply.

  • Applications are sent directly to your WRA dashboard.

Helpful note: Easy Apply makes it easier for candidates to apply quickly, especially on mobile devices.

Before you connect: check your LinkedIn Company Page settings

LinkedIn requires a one-time setup on your Company Page before jobs from any outside source, including WRA, can appear there automatically. An admin of your LinkedIn Company Page needs to:

  • Go to LinkedIn Settings, then Job posting.

  • Turn on "Enable basic job posting."

This step happens entirely on LinkedIn, not in WRA. Allow up to 24 to 48 hours for LinkedIn to activate the connection.

Advanced setup for LinkedIn integrations (Apply Connect)

This setup applies to customers using LinkedIn Recruiter, especially staffing teams.

Helpful note: Follow these steps carefully to avoid issues with job posting and duplicate listings.

Before enabling Automated Job Posting:

  • Enable Apply Connect in your account first.

  • Wait 24 hours for jobs to sync.

  • Then enable Automated Job Posting in LinkedIn Recruiter.

Do not enable Automated Job Posting before Apply Connect is enabled.

If Automated Job Posting is already enabled:

  • Enable Apply Connect in your account.

  • Check that your API source shows "Posting active" in LinkedIn.

  • Once connected, you can close any manually posted jobs. This helps prevent duplicate postings and ensures all applications flow directly into WRA.

If you already have a LinkedIn Company Page

Once basic job posting is enabled and WRA is connected on the LinkedIn side above:

  • Go to Account Settings, Company.

  • Enter your Company LinkedIn ID.

  • Save your changes.

If you do not have a LinkedIn Company Page

It is a good idea to create one. A LinkedIn Company Page helps both active and passive job seekers find your business and learn about your open roles.

  • Create a LinkedIn Company Page.

  • Add your company details.

  • Go to LinkedIn Settings, then Job posting.

  • Turn on "Enable basic job posting."

  • Return to WRA and enter your Company LinkedIn ID in Account Settings.

If your job still isn't showing on LinkedIn

If it has been more than 48 hours since you connected your LinkedIn Company Page and your job still is not appearing:

  • Double check the LinkedIn Company Page setup above. Basic job posting must be enabled and WRA approved as a job source.

  • Edit the job in WRA and change a word or phrase, such as the title or a line in the description, then save. This resubmits the job.

  • If it still does not appear after resubmitting, contact your account team.

Share your job on LinkedIn manually

If you want to share your job as a post on your LinkedIn Company Page:

  • Open the job from your main dashboard.

  • Click Job Settings.

  • Click Invite Candidates.

  • Click the blue LinkedIn icon.

You will be directed to LinkedIn to share the job ad.
