Overview
Wise Recruiting Assistant (WRA) has no base subscription fee, but every job post is billed based on the reach level you choose when you post it, starting at $149/month.
How pricing works
For your first active job:
Every job costs at least $149/month, the "Post my job" reach level.
Higher reach levels are $249/month and $399/month, for more distribution.

Each active job is billed separately at the reach level you chose for it.
Your first active job sets the billing date for your account. Every job you post after that is billed on that same date going forward, it doesn't get a separate billing date of its own.
For your additional jobs:
If you add a job partway through your current billing cycle, you're charged a prorated fee for that job, covering the days left until your account's next billing date.
On your next billing date, you're charged the full monthly rate for every active job at once, all on the same date.
Helpful note: For example, if your first job is created August 1, your account's billing date is the 1st of every month. If you add a second job August 15, you're charged a prorated fee for that job covering August 15 through September 1. Starting September 1, you're billed the full rate for both jobs together, on that same date.
Reopening a closed job
Your account's billing date is set once, from your first job, and never resets, even if you close every job and go weeks or months without an active posting. Reopening a closed job is billed against that same original date, not a fresh one.
If you reopen a job within a billing period you already paid for, you won't be charged again for it.
If you reopen a job after that billing period has ended, you're charged a prorated fee that runs from the reopen date through your account's next regular billing date, then billed in full from there like any other active job.
Closing a job doesn't refund any unused time in the period you already paid for.

How to stop being billed for a job
Close the job post.
There's no separate account pause. Closing the job post is what stops billing for it.
Helpful note: There's no free job allowance. Every job you post is billed from the start, at the reach level you choose.

Is there a free number of jobs I can post?
No. Every job post is billed starting at $149/month once it's live, based on the reach level you choose.
Does each job I add get its own billing date?
No. Your first active job sets one billing date for your whole account. A job you add later is prorated until that date, then billed in full alongside your other active jobs from then on.
Does reopening a closed job reset my billing date?
No. Your account's billing date never resets. Reopening a job is prorated to that same original date, whether you reopen it the same week or months later.
Can I pause my account instead of closing a job?
No. There's no self-service account pause for WRA. Closing a job post is how billing stops for that job.
Is there a way to upgrade my account for included jobs?
No. WRA doesn't have a self-service upgrade path. Pricing is per job, based on the reach level you choose for it.
