Overview
When you post a new job in WISE Recruiting Assistant (WRA), the last step before your job goes live is choosing a reach level. This sets your monthly rate and how widely your job is distributed from day one.
Post your job and choose a reach level
Create your job post as usual, then add your screening questions.
Review your job post on the final review screen.
Click Continue to plan selection.
Choose one of three reach levels:
Post my job ($149/month)
Reach more candidates ($249/month)
Maximize my reach ($399/month)
Confirm your selection to set your job live.
Helpful note: Jobs posted with a higher reach level tend to get results faster, since distribution starts working for you right away instead of after you notice slow applicant flow and add sponsorship later. If you're not sure how much reach to choose, err toward more rather than less.
After your job is live
Once your job is live, you can still add sponsorship from your dashboard. This isn't a separate budget stacked on top of your reach level, it's the same visibility system, applied again. Can I change my reach level after posting?

What's the difference between the three reach levels?
Each level increases your monthly rate and expands where and how widely your job is distributed. Choosing a higher level up front gives your job the strongest start.
Do I have to choose a reach level to post a job?
Yes. Choosing a reach level is part of completing the job posting process.
