Additional ‘All Board Boost’ sponsorship charges appear on your monthly WISE Recruiting Assistant (WRA) invoice, alongside your job posting fees. Indeed Direct sponsorship is handled directly within Indeed.
How sponsorship billing works for All Boards
You can start additional sponsorship at any time during the month.
You'll only be charged a prorated rate for the remainder of the month.
The full monthly sponsorship fee starts on your next billing cycle for ‘All Board Boost’ sponsorship
Helpful note: Once you start sponsorship on a job, you'll continue to be billed each month until you return to settings and turn it off.
How sponsorship billing works for Indeed Direct
The first time you sponsor via Indeed Direct, you’ll be prompted to connect to Indeed.
Update or input your credit card information there.
Indeed handles billing for their own direct sponsorship.
Helpful note: You will choose to sponsor your job once, and it’s “pay per click” until sponsorship funds are expended. You can reapply sponsorship dollars later by repeating the same process in your dashboard.
