Overview
Crafting and submitting your post for review can take as little as a couple of minutes. You can always save your job as a draft and return later before posting.
Step 1: Add a new job
From your main WISE Recruiting Assistant (WRA) dashboard, click “+Add Job”.
The job wizard will guide you step by step.
Step 2: Enter job details
Job:
Choose the category of your post, for example Administrative Assistant or Sales Manager.
Helpful note: This is not your actual job title. You will edit the title on the next page.
Location:
Enter a valid city and state, or select Remote.
Compensation:
This is a required field and must include a numerical value.
WISE may suggest a competitive figure based on your area.
Screening questions:
Select suggested questions or search the question bank for relevant ones.
These should represent hard requirements for the position.
Step 3: Choose how to build your job ad
You will be prompted to select one of two options: Create Ad From Scratch, or Use Smart Template.
Helpful note: Even if you choose From Scratch, WISE is always available with Generate buttons under each section (title, description, responsibilities, and so on).
Template option:
Starting point: a pre-built, proven job template.
WISE support: fully editable template content.
Customization: edit any section before posting.
Best for: faster posting with optimized copy.
From Scratch option:
Starting point: a blank form.
WISE support: Generate buttons under each section for optional help.
Customization: write manually or use WISE section by section.
Best for: employers who want full control but still want writing assistance.
Step 4: Choose your reach
Review your job post on the final review screen.
Click Continue to plan selection.
Choose one of three reach levels:
Post my job ($149/month)
Reach more candidates ($249/month)
Maximize my reach ($399/month)
Confirm your selection. This is the final step, there's no separate Publish or Save button after this, choosing a reach level is what sets your job live.
Helpful note: You can add sponsorship on top of your reach level later from your dashboard. See How do I start or stop job post sponsorship?
