How It Works
Option 1: Use Smart Template
From your dashboard, click + Add Job.
Enter your job details (title, compensation, etc.), then click Continue.
Choose Use Smart Template.
WISE generates a full draft for you to review and refine.
Option 2: Create From Scratch (With WISE AI Support)
From the job wizard, choose Create ad from Scratch.
A blank form appears with sections for Title, Summary, Responsibilities, and more.
Next to each section, you will see a WISE AI button.
Click it if you would like WISE to draft content for that section.
You can edit, regenerate, or delete the text at any time.
Helpful note: Make sure your job title is accurate before generating content, since it directly informs what WISE writes.
Final Steps
Review and refine your draft, whether from Smart Template or From Scratch.
Save for later, or submit your job to move forward with posting.
