If You Have Already Claimed Your Company Page

If You Have Never Claimed Your Company Page
If you have posted jobs through WISE Recruiting Assistant (WRA), there is a good chance an unclaimed Indeed Company Page already exists for your business.
Go to indeed.com/companies
Enter the same company name used in your WRA account
Click Find Companies
Select your business from the search results
Claim Your Company Page
Look for an "Unclaimed" badge under your company name
Click Claim Company Page
Sign in or create an Indeed account
Helpful note: If you previously created a job seeker account using your company email, you can use that same account to claim your company page.
Edit Your Employer Details
Navigate back to your Company Page
Click Employer Tools
Click the three dots menu and select Edit Company Page
Select Employer Details, then click Edit
Complete Your Company Information
Fill out as much information as possible to improve your visibility and credibility.
Focus at least on these key fields: headquarters address and website URL.
Add company description, size, and industry to further strengthen your page.
Click Save to apply your changes.

Yes. You must claim your Company Page and be logged in to access Employer Tools.

Yes. If you have used your company email for a job seeker account, you can use that same login to claim your page.
