Log in to your WISE Recruiting Assistant account through your existing Paychex Flex login. Flex handles authentication for you.
Sign in through Paychex Flex
Log in to Paychex Flex as you normally would
Look for the Hiring tab on the left menu to locate the WRA entry point inside Flex
You're taken directly into your account, no separate WRA username or password required
Helpful note: Because sign-in runs through Flex, there's no WRA password to create, remember, or reset.
If sign-in isn't working
Reach out to support with your name, company name, and what happened when you tried to sign in
Support will look into the issue and follow up directly, there's no self-service fix on the WRA side for a failed sign-in
Common Questions
Do I need a separate WRA username and password?
No. You sign in to WRA through your existing Paychex Flex account.
What do I do if I can't sign in?
Contact Paychex Flex support with your name, company, and a description of what happened. Since there's no separate WRA login, this needs a person to look into it.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
There's no separate WRA password to reset. Sign in through Paychex Flex as usual. If Flex itself isn't letting you in, that's a Flex sign-in issue, not a WRA one.
