You can post the same job in another location by creating as long as the city/state chosen for the new listing is at least 35 miles away from the original. Job boards require job post locations to be far enough apart to avoid duplicate listings.
Key rule: avoid duplicate postings
Posting the same job in the same area can cause issues. Job boards may flag listings as duplicates, combine or hide duplicate posts, or reduce visibility across all of your jobs.
Helpful note: Jobs in the same city or within about 35 miles are often considered duplicates.
How to post in another location
Create a new job post.
Select a city/state location at least 35 miles away from your existing job.
Publish the job in that new location.
This allows your job to reach candidates in a different geographic area.
Helpful note: WISE Recruiting Assistant (WRA) does not limit the number of locations you can post to. Post in as many distinct locations as your hiring needs require, as long as each one is far enough apart to avoid duplicate detection.
