Overview
Job sponsorship is a different feature but similar to your post reach selected upon job creation.
After your job is live, you can add sponsorship from your dashboard to boost visibility further on job boards like Indeed and ZipRecruiter. This uses the same visibility system as the reach level you chose when you posted the job, applied again from the dashboard. See How do I choose a reach level when posting a job? for that step.
Sponsorship is worth considering even if you already chose a reach level, especially if you want to boost visibility specifically on Indeed. Reach level doesn't send your full budget to Indeed, so Indeed Direct sponsorship fills that gap.
How to sponsor your post
From the main dashboard:
Log in to WISE Recruiting Assistant (WRA), where you'll begin on your main dashboard.
Choose the menu next to the job you wish to sponsor.
Click Increase Candidates.
From the job dashboard:
Open the job dashboard you'd like to promote.
Select Sponsor Job from the available options.
Choose a type and a tier
Select All Board Boost or Indeed Direct.
All Board Boost distributes to multiple major boards. Indeed Direct sends your budget solely to Indeed.
Next, select the sponsorship tier you want.
If you sponsor using All Board Boost partway through a billing period, you'll only be charged a prorated fee for the rest of your current cycle.
Indeed Direct sponsorship is only charged once (non-recurring) so you will pay the full amount shown one time upon activation.
Distribution and optimization across job boards is handled for you.
Tracking spend
Locate the Sponsorship column on your main dashboard.
This shows the sponsorship amount currently applied to each job.
Note: Indeed Direct sponsorship should be checked within the sponsorship portal for “days remaining”
Billing and renewals
Sponsorship begins immediately after you confirm payment and is prorated for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
All Board Sponsorship automatically renews at the end of your billing period unless canceled. Indeed Direct Sponsorship is charged once and does not auto renew.
Refunds aren't issued for canceled sponsorships, since funds are distributed to job boards upon creation. You'll see this policy in the product before you confirm.
How to cancel sponsorship
Close the job, or return to the sponsorship page and click Cancel Sponsorship.
Any funds remaining will still be used, even if you cancel shortly after starting sponsorship.
Helpful note: Sponsorship increases visibility, but it doesn't guarantee applicants. Competitive pay, clear job details, and fast responses to strong applicants make the biggest difference.

I already chose a reach level when I posted. Do I still need sponsorship?
Not always, but it can help, especially Indeed Direct. Your reach level doesn't send your full budget to Indeed specifically, so adding Indeed Direct sponsorship afterward covers that gap if Indeed matters for your hiring.
What happens to my budget once I sponsor a post?
For All Board Boost, your budget is distributed and adjusted across multiple boards, prioritizing the sources delivering the best results for your job. Indeed Direct sends your full budget to Indeed. See Where should I put my sponsorship budget? for more.

Open the job's Increase Candidates page to view or update your tier, or to cancel.
